Flat Rack with Cargo on Timber Frame

On this occasion the problem was the fiber glass hardtops were the large volume items but could not have any cargo stacked on top of them, our solution was to pack the remaining cargo on the deck and build a timber frame for the hard tops to travel on top and level.

As a standard we heat shrink cargo shipped on a flat rack to protect it from weather.

This customer had the following to say about the previous shipment …

“the vessel that departed a few weeks back endured terrible conditions at sea, including sustained rolling of 30 degrees each way. I was worried about the 12m flatrack with hardtops and an upright crated door on it. So when I got the chance I checked the flatrack whilst still on board. It was good as new, the shrink was perfect and the lashings straps all taut. Good job!”
